Common Questions
Sign in, open My Passport, and follow the guided wizard. You'll add hair length, fade level, beard details, photos, and any do/don't notes. Everything can be edited later.

Troubleshooting
- Increase your screen brightness to maximum.
- Wipe both screens and the camera lens.
- Hold the phone 15–25 cm from the QR for autofocus.
- If it still fails, share the public link manually from the QR screen.
